"We loved this spot! I got the avocado toast which was very good with the brioche bread. My mom got the veggie omelet which she said was very good too. Service was great and so were the portions. They have a good amount of variety and really love that they have Hispanic dishes The menu and social media definitely need more oomph because I think they deserve way more attention!"

"I came alone for a little breakfast. My server was very attentive and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. I ordered the mollette, which I was pleasantly surprised to find on the menu. It was delicious. The bread was perfect, and I really enjoyed the addition of salsa verde and chorizo. The coffee was amazing as well. The portions were large and the prices extremely reasonable. I think more people should come here! I’ll definitely be back."

"My daughter and I recently tried the new Bistro in Powder Springs, and it was such a great experience! The building is beautiful and welcoming, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was clearly prepared by a chef who knows what they’re doing. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a fruit plate, and everything was fresh and flavorful. I also got a latte, which was delicious and perfectly made. We went for brunch/lunch, and it was the perfect spot — relaxing atmosphere, great menu options, and very reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a fantastic new restaurant in Powder Springs with excellent food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out this Bistro. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Small bistro with fresh and hot food. I ordered the Croque Madame, it was a 4/5 and the strawberry salad was 5/5! The Americano coffee was hot and strong just how I like it. The service was fast and friendly. The bench seating wasnt my favorite, however I didnt want to take a bigger table. Ill definitely visit again and bring a friend!"

"Powder Springs Bistro is a wonderful, cozy hidden gem! The food is consistently DELICIOUS and made to order with fresh, healthy ingredients. The space is warm, welcoming, and very family-friendly with a kind, attentive owner and staff. We love the Breakfast Burrito and the freshly ground burgers. In an area that could use more healthy restaurants, I will keep supporting this family-owned business! I’m also very picky about where I dine, and this bistro keeps me coming back."

"This is exactly what Powder Springs needs! What a fantastic brunch spot! Food is phenomenal and fresh, service is top notch, and vibe is relaxing and perfect. Chef is very talented and makes delicious food. We had the breakfast burrito and chiquiles. Both were excellent! I imagine anything on this menu is phenomenal! "If you are in town don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this brunch! Oscar has a one in all establishment. Everything is done with love, made with love, and treated with attention, and care. When you walk in you feel the warmth of the atmosphere, the attention to every detail of your experience is very well thought out and intentional. He is the chef, server, and will walk you through all your needs and desires. The coffee was amazing and needed no additives, the food was phenomenal I had the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was simple but bold the flavors were perfectly brought together and the home potatoes were perfectly crisp! The fruit plate was fresh season fruits, beautifully presentable and enough to share. My friends were so satisfied with their experience with the steak and eggs, and lox bagel, Oscar also brought out an array of options for tea! The tone of this place speaks for itself! Oscars personality and character were so refreshing as this was my first time in Georgia and having brunch in Georgia he definitely laid the foundation for my weekend experience. So once again I will reiterate DO NOT MISS YOUR CHANCE to enjoy as I have!"
